When a Buddi doll is first activated, it scans the child to imprint on them. When controlling another device remotely, the Buddi's right index finger will light up. The app comes with six different selections to choose from, including playing video games, drawing, flying a Kaslan drone, watching a live video feed from the Buddi's perspective, connecting the doll to other Kaslan devices, and connecting the doll to on-phone Kaslan services. It is remote-controlled through the Buddi app on the user's smart phone.
